This multifunction printer prioritises security with McAfee and Cisco partnerships. It has cloud integration, scan and print, colour scanning, mobile printing, a tablet interface and customisable apps. You can scan to a USB or print documents from a USB plugged into the printer and use one-touch workflows. The user interface can be customised to your preference. It’s simple to install and has Earth Smart. It also features cost control (enabling proper costs a page, the ability to bill departments and limit people).
